Policy

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frame, make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

We will ship USPS to PO Box addresses. Expedited shipping is not available to PO Box. 

Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 in the US and packages usually take 5-10 business days to be delivered. 

For orders under $100, standard shipping is $7.99.

For expedited orders, under $100 the shipping is $11.99.

Shipping fees are non refundable. 

Processing time 

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from the carrier.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Your tracking number will be available once you complete your purchase via email. 

Delivery claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must file a claim. If you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at hi@hippiedippiethreads.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete depending on the carrier. 

We do not hold or accept the responsibility for packages that are reported delivered by the carrier and will not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered. 

Out of stock items 

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
